“Our recent stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was unfortunately quite disappointing, especially considering the high expectations we had based on its advertised family-friendly facilities. The main reason we chose this hotel was for its water park and waterslides, which we thought would be perfect for our children. However, these facilities were closed for 90% of our stay. Given that this was the highlight for us when booking, it was a major letdown and affected the entire experience.

“Jättebra mindre all-inclusivehotell.
Mindre hotell som känns familjärt och efter några dagar känner man personalen. Maten var över förväntan trots att vi läst att många bokade detta just för maten. Tips är att boka a la carte middagarna (ingår i all inclusive men begränsat antal platser) de var jättegoda. Bra sushi och vår favorit a la carte var den asiatiska som hette la vista.
Vi reste två vuxna med två små barn.
De små gillade pommes med chicken fingers bäst.

“Bra hotell med bra läge i zona hotelera, nära till underhållning, disco, andra restauranger mm. Hotellet har också egen underhållning. God mat och goda drinkar på all inclusive. Jättefint poolområde och strand. Personalen ger fin service. Var perfekt ställe för att fira min födelsedag.”
“Att behöva betala 700 pesos extra för att min son spytt väldigt lite och jag skött 90% av städningen va småsint efter 12 nätter, 12 frukost, 10 middagar med dricks gör att vi lämnar med en besk smak i munnen. Lite pengar i sammanhanget och i min bok klantigt att inte bjuda på det när städning ingår

“Fina bilder när man skall boka men detta speglar inte verkligheten- otroligt nedgånget och slitet hotell framförallt toaletten som var i dåligt skick. ”
“Överlag jättefint och trevligt hotell, vi blev vänligt mottagna och fick hjälp med allt vi behövde. Det finns flera olika restauranger på området så man kan hitta allt man vill där. Poolomådet var jättefint och varierat, litet minus för att personalen gick och ville sälja på en saker hela tiden, allt från drinkar till spabehandlingar. Hotellet ligger också en bit bort från centrala Cancún, i playa Mujeres, taxi kostar ca 30usd dit och från hotellet kostar det ca 10usd. Det går också bussar men...
“This was our second time staying at this resort and we enjoyed every second of it!! Upon arrival we had a VIP check in, fast and prompt. We arrived early and although the check in was not until 3 pm, we were able to use all amenities right away.

"Nice place, easy to arrive
Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others.
We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough.
Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "
"The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included.
We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us.
The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef.
The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools.
Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym.
Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "

"The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
