“A great place to stay in khiva! We really enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable, cozy and clean!
My only note is the water pressure to shower wasn’t great but does that really even matter?”
“The owner, Mr Anuar personally attended to us. His staff, Ms Anastasia and Mr Shahrol was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast prepared for us when we had to check out early and Mr Anuar was there to ensure we were taken care of. Ms Anastasia even prepared a wonderful basket of sweets for our journey.”
“Excellent hotel! My friend and I were on our way to Son Kul as many tourists in Kochkor are. We had to leave really early that morning (05:30), but the hotel staff very kindly made us a very quick breakfast right before we went on the road which was going above and beyond. The amenities were well maintained and very very nice. Would recommend! There's also really good family small family businesses nearby that have incredible food. Would recommend and huge thank you to the Archa hotel staff!!!”
“Newly-built hotel on a quiet side street. Clean, modern rooms with attached bath and shower. No a/c however, but the climate is cool up at this altitude. No English spoken but staff makes an effort to communicate with translation apps. Decent breakfast. Several parking spots in gated courtyard for regular-sized vehicles. This hotel is likely the best in town as of summer 2026. Great views of the At Bashy Mountains from town and the drive to the Tash Rabat ruins is scenic on a sunny day....
