“Maten var inte god håller ej samma standard som resten av hotellet tyvärr”

“No air condition in the room only calefacytion. Spoke with from desk they told me a story how the goverment did not permit the cold A/C during winter. But in the hotels common areas like hallways, lobby and restaurants the cold A/C was working. Room was burning we turn off the heat and oppen the windows two day without sleep because the noice in the street. No solution provided like a fan. Go to this hotel in the summer if you want A/C”

“The food was horrible, both breakfast and dinner, our children didn't eat a meal for 4 days. Try to cancel the dinners but the hotels didn't accept. Would not called it a 4 star hotel. ”

“Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...”
