"The rooms were big and clean. Beds nice and comfortable to sleep in. Air conditioning was working fine which was a blessing in the heat. Staff was helpful, but the language barrier was a fact in some situations. It was hard to properly discuss and get answers when needed. Breakfast was good, but nothing very special. For me as a celiac (needing gluten free) the breakfast did offer a section of some GF products, but the staff was quite confused when asked about the other items on the breakfast. One morning they just had a big block of butter (as opposed to small packets the other days) and due to mentioned language barrier I was unable to convey my request of having separate butter from the kitchen and was left to eat my sandwiched without. The pool at the hotel was a nice thing, but it is very shallow (1,07 meters) and opened first at 11 in the morning and then closed between 13-15, leaving the options for bathing a bit hampered. Even though the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center it was very convenient to get to and from by several buses leaving just a five minute walk from the hotel."

"Vi är överlag mycket nöjda med hotellet. Rummet var rent och bekvämt, personalen trevlig och vistelsen fungerade bra. Det enda negativa var att det inte fanns någon luftkonditionering på rummet, utan endast en fläkt. När temperaturen låg på över 30 grader var det tyvärr inte optimalt och rummet blev väldigt varmt. I övrigt hade vi en bra vistelse."
