“Love the place it was an amazing stay”

“The hotel itself was lovely and clean, the town is nice, reception staff were helpful and the food served in the restaurant was very good. However, my room did not have an external window, only one pointing into the hallway, meaning it was very dark. Also, on my second day I was interrupted by the manager and two builders who had decided that my stay was the perfect time to do a little renovation work and install a new blind, leaving bits of plaster all over the floor. ”

“It's a dream property in the best neighborhood of Cali. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful with all that you need. An incredible pool, a tennis court, a waterfall, all in the middle of nature with amazing trees. You can order to the pool from a Peruvian restaurant that serves amazing food. They also have spa. ”

“La propiedad está en buen estado, el aseo puede mejorar un poco pero está bien. La comunicación puede mejorar antes de entrar al apartamento pero una vez entraron en contacto, todo salió muy bien. El apartamento es interior y no tiene ventanas a la calle.”
