“habitación limpia, muy bonita y excelente servicio”

“Staying at the hotel was a wonderful, relaxing experience throughout the entire four nights we were there. The owners and staff were very friendly, caring and helpful in organising local trips during our stay. The Mexican cooked breakfasts were superb - a great start to the day. The traditional room we booked was beautiful, spacious with hand painted tiles and sink in the bathroom. There was ample space to sit out on the veranda to pass the time overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Happily there...

“I only spent one night there, but I loved the grounds and the Spanish architecture with authentic wooden doors and windows. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Because I was there only one night, me and my sister ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel, so we didn’t get to try the food. But I definitely would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Everything was excellent”

“The property is beautiful, and the decorations for Noche de Ánimas were thoughtful. Although it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We were there for only one night - from the 29th to the 30th. I understand things happen; power cuts, amenity issues, etc, especially in a place that is overcrowded with tourists for only a few days a year. We didn’t have electricity or hot water from ~midnight to ~10am. The lady working there seemed annoyed that we were asking her for help. No “sorry” or any kind of...

“The staff was lovely. Very helpful. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Roomie. Everything was just wonderful.”
