“This tucked away resort is extremely charming. The 1 bedroom villa was extremely roomy and had all the basic necessities needed. We were able to cook and had a larger refrigerator. The property manager is extremely cordial, kind, and really went out of his way to welcome us. The property sits on the side of a mountain overlooking a sparkling pool, which then ever looks a city and the Mediterranean. The sunsets are gorgeous. Enjoyed a lot of time on the grounds by the pool and on our patio....

“Beautiful villa property on a hillside overlooking the bay with the Italian mainland in the distance. Room was large and very comfortable and we had a view of the ocean (altho not all rooms face the water). There is a swimming pool and tennis court. Great breakfast and wonderful staff, definitely recommended!”

“Really higher service level than normally received, friendly staff, amazing view, the breakfast was amazing, including all the best of local specialties. The only strange thing was the poolboy who protected the pooltowels with his life - you were not allowed to leave the pool area with them. “When I was going to check out of Hotel Lungomare this morning, they said I hadn’t paid for my stay. I showed them my confirmation and the receipt of payment made through hotels.com, but they didn’t accept it. It wasn’t until I phoned hotels.com and had them talk to the staff at Hotel Lungomare that things were solved. I wouldn’t recommend the Hotel Lungomare at all, especially after this treatment at the front desk./Johan from Sweden”
