âWe had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and decorated in a stylish modern-contemporary way. We were due to arrive after the receptionâs usual closing time, but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, staying their until 10:30pm just so we could check in.

âVery nice and tidy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a cosy room with a small balcony and the breakfast was fine.
The location is perfect for excursions in the mountains, or stay over night for continuing up to Stelvio national park.â

âWe had reserved a room in this hotel for our trip to the Stelvio pass, unfortunatelly when we got there the staff said there had been some kind of problem and had instead reserved us a room in another hotel across the street (Albergo Folgore) so we never got to experience this hotel but found it very kind of them to have gotten us another room. We still ate at the restaurant at Genziana and the food there was really good after a long motorcycle drive from Venice.â

âThe hotell was great and we had a great waitress. Room and Pool area was good. The only thing that was bad was the price for the restaurant menu. When we checked in the lobby told us that they will reduce the cost of the dishes we didnât took. We only took main courses and salad. When we checked out they compared the dishes with the ala carte menu and not reduced the cost. We felt deceived and just paid and left.â
