Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Cerbère, with sea views, just 500 metres from the beach and featuring a swimming pool. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 10 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 10 m² living area with a TV, dining area and sleeping area with 1 pull-out bed
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from May to October, secured by a fence
- A 5.5 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Cerbère, in a very pleasant setting. By car, you can easily reach all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

Activities:
- Explore the seabed by diving in the Cerbère-Banyuls Marine Nature Reserve, rich in biodiversity.
- Walk along the hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding vineyards.
- Visit the Cap Cerbère lighthouse, a modern solar-powered lighthouse perched on the cliffs, offering exceptional panoramic views.
- Discover prehistoric dolmens, such as the one at Coma Enestapera, which bear witness to the region’s megalithic past.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park, which accommodates all types of vehicles. Free parking is also available very close to the residence.
