“Superfint hotell med trevlig service. Det ligger lite off men det är inte långt eller dyrt med taxi. Eftersom stan i sig inte är superrolig så kändes det ändå bra. Bra mat! Hade absolut kunnat bo här igen. ”

“Det fanns många myror i badrummet och belysningen i rummet var inte så trevlig. Sängen var inte särskilt bekväm och det var väldigt högljutt mellan rummen/utrymmet utanför. Alla som jobbade på platsen var jättetrevliga. Frukosten var standard ”kolonial”, dvs ägg med bröd, kaffe, juice. Jag hade valt ett annat ställe om jag skulle besöka samma stad igen.”

“Det är en fin anläggning med många bassänger och naturskönt område. Rent och fräscht. En bassäng borde vara barnfri. Frukosten var godkänd, men saknade bredare utbud till müsslin och mörkt bröd. Vi ska inte behöva beställa kaffe, tevatten och mjölk. Personalen sköter sina uppgifter på ett bra sätt. Rummet och ljudisolering motsvarade inte förväntningarna på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. “We had a great 3 day stay at the hotel, found a great offer online. The rooms were nice, the pool area perfect, not crowded at all. The staff wasn't very polite though, not going the extra mile to help,they were a bit bothered by having us there. In the morning, at 7, the staff who was cleaning the pool area, every day, was screaming to one another, waking us up several times. They continued like this the whole day, instead of walking around looking for a colleague, they screamed across the pool...

“Matryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus. It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit.”

“Gerardo and his family are amazing people. They offer meals at a reasonable price and are very attentative. Gerardo took us around the beautiful property showing us all of the fruit trees and was very generous with me and my girlfriend. ”
