The staff wasn't very polite though, not going the extra mile to help,they were a bit bothered by having us there. In the morning, at 7, the staff who was cleaning the pool area, every day, was screaming to one another, waking us up several times. They continued like this the whole day, instead of walking around looking for a colleague, they screamed across the pool...

âSuperfint hotell med trevlig service. Det ligger lite off men det Ă€r inte lĂ„ngt eller dyrt med taxi. Eftersom stan i sig inte Ă€r superrolig sĂ„ kĂ€ndes det Ă€ndĂ„ bra. Bra mat! Hade absolut kunnat bo hĂ€r igen. â
âVery nice hotel just down the road from Las Dunas but at half the price. It is in a safe area with friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was a little basic without bottled water, fridge or tea/coffee facilities but was large and air conditioning worked very well.
Decent mini-Market is 15 minute's walk away for in room snacks.

âMatryoahka was a convenient and easy place to stay in Ica. The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were new and clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving on an overnight bus.
It's not super close to the centre, but it is on the way to Huacachina, so for us that was more of a benefit.â
âGreat property for what itâs intended for. We used it as a temporary same day holding area and to shower after taking a dune buggy excursion. Worked out great for us and provided a little input to the local economy. Nice and clean, definitely recommend.â
