"Bra parkering och bra frukost personal trevlig men liten rum , stor behov av renovering. Gamla heltäcknings mattor. Synd som det är bra läge med bus utanför."

"Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long queue as it was understaffed and several people had issues with the high deposits "

"Very well situated to all the major attractions. Walking distance to everywhere. One can rent electrical bikes by booking ahead of time. They have a pool if one does not want to spend all day bathing in the lake, although the lake is refreshing to bath in. The beds are not too comfortable, a bit too hard and the pillows are definitely something I would change if I was the hotel owner. "

"Modern spacious hotel rooms at a perfect location by the lake and quite close to the old city center. The hotel bar closed too early (11pm) but otherwise the service was up to standard. The hotel restaurant was of good quality and the breakfast served perfect pain au chocolat. The only downside was the unnecessarily loud pling from the elevator that penetrated into the rooms. "

"Extrem kostnadsnivå i förhållande till vad vi fick. Fokus låg på att ta ut mest möjliga av gästens plånbok. Bruk av spa kostade exempelvis 20 € per person och timme. Vatten på rummet 5€ per dag oavsett om förbrukade det eller inte. Hotellets parkering var också avgiftsbelagd."
