On the borders of the Beauce and Gâtinais departments, bordering Essonne and Seine-et-Marne, this gîte in northern Loiret is 1 hour from Paris, close to the Fontainebleau Forest, the climbing sites of Larchant, the Château de Chamerolles, the medieval fortress of Yèvre-le-Châtel—one of the most beautiful villages in France—and 1.5 hours from the Loire Valley châteaux.
The owners live 15 kilometers from the gîte. Accommodation all on the ground floor with an entrance hall and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 160cm double bed, and 2 bedrooms with a 90cm single bed), and a bathroom/shower (shower and bathtub, sink).
