"Dear Hotel Management!!! I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards that guests should reasonably expect. First, the staff displayed a highly unprofessional attitude, showing little to no sense of customer service. Their manner of communication gave the impression that we were not valued as paying guests, but rather as if we were staying free of charge. Furthermore, the room assigned to us was in an unacceptable condition. Not only was it unclean, but it was also not prepared by the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. When this issue was raised, the responsibility was simply shifted onto the housekeeping staff, with the explanation that they had “forgotten” to make the bed and clean the shower. Such an excuse is neither professional nor acceptable. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality and service one should expect from your establishment. "Easy to take the train to Disneyland, near the station and 15 minutes to go there. About 30 minutes to the centre of Paris. Apartment with great beds and a small kitchen. Quite ok for our trip. Restaurants and stores nearby. Ok surroundings. Priceworthy."

"Dyrt för det man erbjuder vilket är…..ingenting. Otrevlig personal, konstiga regler överallt, bl.a. att man inte får äta mat man har köpt från hotellets automat i lobbyn för att man stör personalen (som hade en djup diskussion med varandra i stället för att ta hand om väntande gäster). Ofräscha korridorer och allmänna utrymmen. Det enda positiva var att parkering ingick. "
