Les Gîtes de La Croix Liaud consists of three charming, restored, and modernized independent cottages that can comfortably accommodate a total of 13 people in a stone building.<br>The pool, garden, and recreation room (pool table, ping-pong, foosball), accessible to all, will help you unwind and relax.<br>The variety of nearby activities (Puy du Fou, the sea, the Marais Poitevin, bungee jumping, the zoo, the forest, and amusement parks) will appeal to everyone.<br>Accommodations<br><br>There are 3 cottages, 6 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, and 3 terraces to accommodate you comfortably, without feeling cramped.<br><br>Each cottage has its own entrance and direct access to the parking area within the property<br><br>• The first cottage has 3 full bedrooms (200 beds):<br>- First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180×200) and a sink.<br>- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90×200).<br>- On the mezzanine level: one bedroom with a double bed (140×200).<br>The kitchen opens onto the living/dining area<br>The bathroom on the first floor includes a shower and a toilet. You’ll find a separate toilet upstairs<br><br>• The second cottage has two full bedrooms upstairs:<br>- One bedroom with a double bed (180×200) and a bathroom. Upon request, the bed can be converted into two 90×200 beds<br>- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190).<br>The kitchen opens onto the living/dining area<br>The upstairs bathroom includes a toilet and a multi-jet shower.<br><br>• The studio on the first floor includes:<br>– A living area with a sleeping area (a full double bed measuring 160×200).<br>– A separate, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.<br>– A bathroom with a multi-jet shower and toilet.<br><br>Each cottage has its own furnished terrace with a BBQ.<br>The 35 m² terrace of the large cottage easily accommodates a table setting for up to 13 guests (when all 3 cottages are rented privately)<br><br>The pool, recreation room, and outdoor areas are available for your use (shared with other guests).<br><br>• Guest access<br>- The La Croix Liaud vacation rentals are located 5 minutes from a bakery (Vouvant) and less than 10 minutes from La Châtaigneraie (Super U, Lidl, etc.).<br>- The property is located in the countryside near hiking trails and bike routes (GR de Mélusine, etc.).<br>- A parking lot is available on the property.<br><br>• Miscellaneous<br><br>Towels and bed linens are provided<br><br>Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need to get started:<br>- dish towels, sponge, dish soap, cleaning supplies<br>- spices, oils, vinegar, paper towels,<br>- toilet paper<br>- hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel<br>The kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee maker (filter) and a "Dolce Gusto" pod coffee maker<br> <br>The nearest shops are located in La Chataigneraie (7 km): small shops, restaurants, Intermarché, Hyper U, Lidl; or in Vouvant (5 km): bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. <br> <br>Upon request, we can provide you every morning with pastries (croissants and pain au chocolat) and artisanal baguettes.<br>The products are handmade using French ingredients, sourced from a professional bakery, and baked on-site. Orders for specific products and quantities must be placed no later than 6:00 PM the day before.<br><br>Our private residence is adjacent to the vacation rentals. We are available to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise.<br><br>The vacation rentals have direct access to the parking lot and feature a private terrace with a barbecue.
