Beautiful architect-designed house in the Monts du Lyonnais region

In 2018, we built with our hands a pretty house designed by an architect on 3 half levels, with a view of the Pilat and the Lyon basin. It can easily accommodate a family or a group of friends. Pets can be allowed but must respect the calm of our cat, Taïga, who occupies the premises. We also have a dog that will rarely be present.

It was built in 3 blocks that go down with the natural land: garage at the top of the first block, living rooms in the 2nd lower block, bedrooms in the 3rd block even lower.PGJyPg
On the main level there is a vestibule on which a cellar / laundry room and toilet lead, a large living room with open kitchen and a master suite with shower room and adjoining toilet.
Then on the lower half floor, you will access 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

Several comfortable terraces equipped with furniture or cushions for relaxation are accessible on the different levels of the house, there is a vegetable garden as well as a composter at the bottom of the garden, a trampoline, a swing, a basketball court and an 8 x 4 m swimming pool (surroundings being finished).

You will find a spa on the terrace Lower bikes, bikes of different sizes and scooters in the garage (where it is possible to charge an electric vehicle), an elliptical trainer for sports.

We are non-smokers but accept that guests smoke outside (an ashtray is available near the barbecue).

Our charming village is equipped with a grocery store, a bakery (bread depot) and a dressing table within 500 meters.

We are at the crossroads of Lyon, St Étienne and Vienne (about 30 minutes each) where multiple cultural visits or sports activities are possible: Gallo-Roman remains, museums, via Rhona by bike, tastings in the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, hiking / mountain biking / blueberry tasting in Pilat, water activities and aquapark, etc.

If you want to stay in the direct vicinity of the house, you can discover the country lanes by ATV (7 minutes away), go horseback riding (5 minutes away), treasure hunts with your children thanks to the Gnolus application (geocatching), visit and consume in the surrounding farms and GAEC (fruits, vegetables, meat and local / seasonal cheeses), visit the zoo of St Martin la Plaine (15 minutes away), go to the multi-activity plateau of Yzeron (20 minutes away) where there is a giant zip line, a tree climbing park, electric scooter excursions, a beauty salon / spa, a restaurant and other nature activities.
