The rooms and hotel were spotless, the staff were absolutely superb - so kind, helpful and polite. “It was a nice enough hotel but I didn’t like the fact that you were charged for everything. The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball. Staff were friendly but temporarily lost an ice pack of mine, forgot my gluten free toast at breakfast and gave me a tiny tiny pot of tea that was half full for breakfast. “Perfect place to stay in the area. The spa is worth a visit. The room is super comfortable. The bathroom was cold and the towel warmer didn't work other than that Inreally enjoyed my stay. Breakfast is average, nothing fancy. The restaurant in the evening has good food and nice environment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had a good sleep.”
