“Great hotel. Joe and Cheryl at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The lady taking care of the breakfast buffet area was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the time of our stay they were actively renovating, which turned out to be quiet, quick, and looked really nice afterwards.”

“Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean as was the entire facility, including the elevators. Traffic noise from the rooms on the back was a little loud, but earplugs were provided. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. Great location!”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

“Unique boutique hotel. Absolutely loved it”

“Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester”

“I paid extra for a room with a city view but got a room with a view to a wall Also, the hotel parking is a public parking and if you pay for that when you book the price i twice as expensive as if you pay with the app at the site. 50 vs. 25 $”

“My partner and I stayed for only a night but slept comfortably. The receptionist was very friendly, and the room was clean.”

“Clean, comfortable bed, large king bed room, excellent location. The free breakfast needs more options, fruit, and take aways like yogurt & milk.”

“Will definitely visit again”

“I really enjoyed the stay and will be visiting again soon. I do have 1 recommendations for the shower, that some type of footing is needed to keep from a accidental slip ,while taking a shower.”
