âHotellet ligger perfekt, precis bredvid The Mall och pĂ„ en höjd med bra utsikt. Servicen var mycket bra och rummen rejĂ€la men nĂ„got gamla (bodde i ett "vanligt" rum). Halvpension innebar i princip att man kunde bestĂ€lla hur mycket man ville frĂ„n deras meny (dryck ingick inte), sĂ„ det kan man ju vĂ€lja vad man föredrar. Notera att det Ă€r en bit frĂ„n tĂ„gstationen till hotellet/centrala Shimla, sĂ„ ta en taxi.â

âI loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Itâs in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way itâs built is cute and impressive. â

âFantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still...
âThe hotel staff is pathetic. After reaching to hotel, they informed us that hotel is completely full and there is no room. Even after having confirmation they didnât keep our room. Moreover they denied any help and asked us to talk to Expedia.
The worst property. It is very far and off route of main Shimla. Route is not safe and stay is difficult as it takes lot of time to reach hotelâ
âFirst They said, they don't book through expedia. Then they moved me some other location in Kufri which 1.25 hour apart. After 1 day stay, they said, I have to move further. then I canceled my stay after spending 3 hours on call with Expedia and Hotel sales team. â
