Cocoonr is offering this loft for rent in Chalandray, featuring a shared swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna area. It measures 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 15 m² living area with a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob…
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)

On the mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, fan.

Outdoors:
- A 40 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A shared, heated swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) with the neighbouring holiday home, open from 1 June to 30 September. It is secured by a gate.
- A shared hot tub that can accommodate up to 5 people, accessible all year round.
- A shared sauna area, open all year round from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 18.30.
- A shared, unfenced garden of 500 m², with a trampoline, swing and chicken coop.

The loft is ideally situated in Chalandray, in a very peaceful and pleasant setting, in the heart of the countryside and close to the river. You’ll find a large supermarket in the village of Chalandray (3 mins by car), as well as shops, restaurants and bars (20 mins by car).

- Theme parks (Futuroscope, Puy du Fou)
- Marais Poitevins
- The towns of Parthenay and Poitiers

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

- Nearest railway stations: Chalandray, approximately 2 km away, and Poitiers, approximately 28 km away
- Nearest airport: Poitiers-Biard, 30 km away
