Nice and quiet area
As I prefer a quiet area, this was a perfect place. The surrounding area of the hotel itself is an oasis with lots of flowers, beautiful decorations, nice setting and 2 poolareas, one of them is situated right by the beach. The room was clean and nice, a bit small but with a big balcony. Minus for the bed wich was two mattrasses put together under a queensize sheet. Unfortunately also minus for a bit of a smelly bathroom. I would guess that for nonwestern guests the breakfast were ok. There were a few variations of warm dishes. As a western traveller i would have liked to have another choice of bread than toastbread and there were no coldcuts. Positive with a station to order your own choice of egg. So - no high scores from me for the breakfast. I would like to give the place a higher score in total as it really has potential and very nice and helpful staff, but there are a few negative issues as a 4star rated hotel. Very positive with a free 24hour shuttle to the mainroad. With the right price - i would defenately come back and stay again thou

More to wish for..
The hotel is not very close to anything. You must take a taxi or rent a motorbike. The shuffle bus to the beach is only once per day, and NOT on sundays at all. The breakfast is good. The restaurant in the Evening is not very good. And the ”famous smoothies” is not made out of real fruit, they only use essences. They need to work on the service and the food-menu! There are not any nice and good restaurants near by either.

Bra service, engelskan var inte den bästa men Steve som är Engelsman och jobbar på hotelllet var kanon och hjälpte oss med allt möjligt.

Fint hotell med bra rum, frukosten är minst i klass som ett bra hotell hemma i Sverige. WiFi ok. Poolen kunde ha varit bättre men funkar. Lite långt och backigt till stranden men det finns gratis transport för den som önskar.

Fint lugnt hotell nära havet. Hotellet erbjuder transfer till Nai Harn strand ock Kata strand. Tycker att Nai Harn är en av de bästa i hela Phuket. Det finns också en fantastisk restaurang Kan Eng Seafood som ligger 10 min promenad från hotellet

Ska man vara ärlig som jag är blev vi besvikna. Då rummet på bilderna inte alls såg ut som dem gjorde där, utan mer som en cell eller bunker. Fast bra ac var bra och sängen var skön! Själva hotellet låg vid en träskmark kändes det som och vilket man tror på bilderna ska vara en stor strand. Tyvärr var det inte nära till något och hotellet tog 3 dubbla Priset på käk. Och även att dom kom en timma sent till att hämta oss på flygplatsen (men misstag kan ske). Nog med negativt nu. Positivt Grym pool den diggade vi grymt bra och även bra service att hotellet körde gratis till stora vägen (där dom billiga resturangerna ligger). Även skönt att det var lugnt där. Så 2/5 toast

Mysigt hotell i ett mindre exploaterat område, perfekt för den som vill ha en avkopplande semester. Jag och min syster saknar dock shopping möjlighet då dessa va är begränsade i området Chalong

Mysigt hotell med otroligt vänlig personal. Det ligger beläget vid en strand, dock så kan man inte bada på den här sidan av phuket, men det kompenseras med två stora pooler istället. Hotellrummet var stort, fräscht och hade AC. Hotellet är även ett spa så passa på att unna dig en massage eller två. Det ligger lite avsides, fast å andra sidan är är phuket lätt att ta sig runt, att hyra moped eller att ta taxi kostar inte speciellt mycket. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det här hotellet om du vill komma någonstans för lite avkoppling.

Beautiful, charming and cozy, beautiful beach front, safe, quiet, and far from the noise and chaos of Patong! As a single female traveller, this was a wonderfully relaxing and charming little getaway spot. The ocean front villa was beyond luxury and charm. Worth a little extra for one of these! And the staff were just so lovely and helpful. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Nice place if you want peace and quiet but terrible if you want to party etc. Upon arrival AC didn’t work and it took them a good hour to fix. I also paid for a poolside room but the pool next to the room was under construction and they wouldn’t refund me. It seemed like a bait and switch tactic typical of these mediocre hotels in Phuket. Poor service overall. Good food at breakfast. Too many mosquitos

Schönes Hotel mit 2 Pools. Service freundlich, wenn auch manchmal einfach in der Gegend raumstehend. Kinderfreundlich. Umgebung ist für fußläufige Exkursionen ungeeignet, so dass man ständig ein Taxi braucht Frühstück gut, sonstiges Essen und Getränke im Preis ambitioniert. Insgesamt ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ganz gut gewartet. Kein Ungeziefer, wenn man von Eidechsen, die ich sehr gerne mag, absieht. Strand ist aufgrund der Gezeiten, Glasscherben und Unrat zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Für Taxen an besten Bolt nutzen.

My best friend and I just stayed here for 9 days. The resort staff was super friendly and attentive and helped us with anything that we needed, the pool is gorgeous and we actually stayed in the ocean front villa , which was also one of the best rooms and had to hidden terrace up top. I would absolutely stay here again. As a female traveler , it was super safe and comfortable

I stayed here for 3 nights in Janaury 2024. The property is in Chalong which is quite far from the airport but they offer pick up from the airport for Thai Baht 1000 each way for up to 6 people. When I arrived I was amazed by looking at the property. It was very beautiful and gave a proper resort vibe. Check-in was very smooth and the room was very clean and I liked it. The drawback is that the WiFi in this resort doesn't work the best. It just did not work for me inside the room but it worked pretty well in the balcony of my room, near the pool, and in other common areas. Another drawback is that they will give you 2 water bottles per day and anything extra apart from that you will have to pay. The swimming pool is huge. There are two pools and both are great. It is very peaceful and the food at Sea Time Cafe is delicious (although the service is a little slow). Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Combination of individual villa/bungalows and main building bedrooms. Located on beach and a small walk to main pier for boat excursions. Buffet Breakfast offering either continental or Thai food was very nice as well as lunch and evening mean with a good quality menu. Staff were very kind and approachable. Overall I would return for future stays and would recommend this accommodation

Belle hôtel, 2 piscines, une qui est grande l'autre plus petite mais très jolie avec vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, des fruits des jus de fruits jambon pain classique ou pain toasté confiture beurre corne flakes, du Thai ainsi que au choix fait devant vous omelette etc.... Par contre un peux loin de tout il faut louer une motobike. Je recommande.
