The charming chalet offers a peaceful retreat and a private terrace with unbeatable views of Mont Blanc and L’Aiguille Verte. It makes an ideal option for friends or a family looking for alpine adventures all year round.

The chalet can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The cosy open-plan living area is entirely made from wood. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and fireplace. The kitchen/dining area includes a dining table for 4 and an attractive fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.

The outside space includes the balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco. There is a BBQ at the back of the chalet.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, shelves for storage and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom is ideal for children. It has 2 single beds. (Please note that the boiler is in this bedroom)

The pretty, en suite bathroom has a shower, basin, WC and a washing machine.

Location
The chalet is in the village of Montroc, close to the popular resort of Argentière. The Montroc–Argentière ski slopes are well-known internationally, and the chalet is only 1km from the ski lifts at Le Tour. Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.

During the summer months, the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf.

Argentière (5-minute drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket. The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.

All the facilities of the Mont Blanc Valley are on your doorstep. There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (7-minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc valley.

Geneva International Airport is a 1 hour, 25-minute drive from the house.
