This flat is ideally located in a residence in the centre of Chamonix, with easy access to all amenities, transport at the foot of the residence and the ski slopes.

The flat is decorated in a contemporary style with Alpine touches of natural wood. The bright living room has a sofa, sideboard, flat-screen TV and a large window with mountain views. A glass door leads to the private furnished balcony, ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee and enjoying the mountain air. Back inside, the dining table for 4 is next to the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, raclette, fondue set, kettle and coffee machine.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a pine bunk bed, chest of drawers and a window with mountain views.
Additional bed: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom has a shower, and a separate WC.

Location
The flat is located in the heart of Chamonix, just 5 minutes\' walk from the Aiguille du Midi ski lift, which takes visitors up the high mountain slopes all year round, whether you\'re skiing or hiking through the breathtaking mountain scenery. Chamonix is renowned for the wide variety of activities it offers in winter and summer. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and ice skating.

During the summer months, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling, climbing, mountaineering and white-water rafting. Chamonix Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away. The Accro\' park at Lac des Gaillands (5 minutes by transport) is an excellent day out.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, to suit all budgets and ages. The Chamonix market in the Place du Mont Blanc (15 minutes\' walk away) takes place every Saturday and offers the chance to buy the best local ingredients.

Geneva Airport is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Aiguille du Midi railway station, which offers free train services to other resorts on the Mont Blanc Express, is just a 7-minute walk away.
