The Space:

It can sleep up to 8 people, in a peaceful location only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Chamonix. With it's flexible sleeping arrangements, three bathrooms, hot tub, wood burning stove and great location it is a perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of friends.



With the four bedrooms on the ground floor, the living area occupies the first floor of this Chamonix Chalet benefiting from the beautiful views through its large windows of the Mont Blanc massif. The master double bedroom with ensuite has direct access to the garden and the second ensuite bedroom can be made up as either a king or twin bedroom. The third bedroom is another twin or king bedroom and shares a bathroom with the fourth twin bedroom, and the chalet benefits from Fibre internet.



The open plan living room & dining kitchen provides enough space for everyone to relax and boasts beautiful views out of the balcony doors. The balcony is south facing and provides direct access to the garden and hot tub. There are two large comfortable sofas that surround the wood-burning stove and smart TV, perfect for a quiet night in. The kitchen of Chalet Panache is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine, perfect for cooking up a storm. There is an island with bar stools making for a very sociable night in and a dining table with seating for 8. The chalet has a hot tub on its terrace and in the summer there is a sunny private garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ setting you up for a great family holiday.

The Neighborhood:

Chalet Panache is located in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive to Chamonix centre with access to all of Chamonix's shops, restaurants and bars. Flegere is the nearest cable car and is just 5 minutes' drive away and there is a bus stop only 100m away that allows access to all the valley has to offer.



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.



Other Things to Note:

Pets

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property. Please be aware for allergies that the chalet occasionally has the owner's dog stay.



Firewood

Logs for the fire are stored at the chalet, although if they run out you may need to buy your own from the nearest supermarket. Kindling is to be purchased from the local supermarkets.



Security Cameras

There are external security cameras on the chalet over looking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.



BUILDING WORKS

Some renovation works are taking place in the neighbouring property to Chalet Panache. Most of these will be internal to the chalet but some will minimally affect outside areas, and according to French law, these can happen between 07.00 and 20.00, but not on Sundays and bank holidays.
