Smoking outside only. Please clear and take trash out upon check out. Early check in and late check out are additional $200 charges if available need to be approved at least 24hrs in advance. Any check out later than 3 pm is an additional day charge. Any check in earlier than 12pm is an additional day charge. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES at the house. No more than 30 total guests at once if this is not followed you will have to leave and will not receive a refund.
I have a total of 5 cameras installed on the property, Doorbell camera on the front door, doorbell camera on the side garage door, Camera in the front covering the driveway, Camera inside the Garage, another in the backyard corner covering most of the backyard area, exterior and garage only both are on and recording 24/7 during reservations. Usually are not monitored unless necessary, tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate termination of reservation



Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
Hot tub tech 1x weekly Fridays 8-10am needs access to spa area only
Garbage collector 1x weekly Fridays 8-10am needs access to garage
Lawn service as needed
Pest control as needed
Trash needs to be disposed into dumpster at the end of street in between collection
