“Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.”

“Housekeeping was very disappointing. I had to take dirty towels to the front desk area in order to exchange for clean. We had no housekeeping ….garbage was not removed after our first night’s stay, nor were dirty towels exchanged.”

“Very bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms...

“Breakfast was not complimentary which is different from other stays I’ve had with Hilton. The front meeting room area had dirty glasses and napkins on the tables so my family sat at a table that was cleaner. When checking out the next morning, I noticed the tables were still dirty with dishes left on them from the night before. Everything else was very nice and updated. ”

“The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. ”
