Set just 20 metres from the captivating shoreline of Tersanas in Chania, Aeora Villa, part of Charm Collection, offers a refined coastal escape where contemporary comfort meets effortless relaxation by the sea. Spanning 245 sq. m., the villa is thoughtfully designed to host up to eight guests, with the option to accommodate up to ten if needed, making it ideal for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. Sustainability is also at the heart of the property, with solar panels in place to harness clean, renewable energy.

Independent Studio Apartment
-Designed to offer additional privacy, the studio features its own private entrance, making it an ideal option for families or guests seeking a more independent space within the villa. It includes a living area with a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), for the 9th and 10th guests, and a 43" TV.
-The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and its own washer, while the full bathroom features a walk-in shower.
-The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 43" LG TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, and direct access to the pool area.


Outdoor ?rea
The exterior of Villa Aeora covers 4,077 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
- A private, 52 sq.m infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep with step access using saltwater electrolysis. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, a double-sized daybed, poof loungers, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas
- BBQ facilities with a gas grill, a single gas hob, a mini fridge, a sink, and ample counter space, under a shaded pergola. Adjacent to it, you will find a dining table for 12 guests.
