Aliganou village is a complex of 3 villas (Villa Nektar, Villa Mari and Villa Lia). Each villa is independent of the other, so there are three swimming pools.
Aliganou village can host up to 26 people.
What makes our villas unique is the location. Aliganou village is located only a few minutes away from Chania on the side of a mountain, so we have a spectacular view of Souda bay, the city of Chania, the Cretan sea and a fantastic sunset from the west (Kissamos area).

Our villa is available for hosting exclusive events such as weddings, baptisms, or private celebrations, upon prior arrangement. Our team is delighted to assist in designing and coordinating every detail to ensure a truly unforgettable experience.

You will have full access to all the areas of the villas. The swimming pools are private, only for your use.

We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential to a great stay. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for both the bathroom and pool prior to your check-in. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service for a fee of 300 euros per session. Let us take care of the cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Aliganou Village can accommodate up to 26 people. For groups larger than 20, there is an additional fee of 30 euros per person.

Please note the following important details regarding stays that include an event:

For bookings that include an event, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
The event fee is €600, which includes one cleaning service after the event.

The property can accommodate up to 26 guests staying overnight.
For the event itself, the total number of attendees can be up to 60 people. However, please note that only 26 guests can stay overnight at the property. Any additional attendees are welcome to attend the ceremony and the party only, but they cannot sleep at the property.

The swimming pools are maintained once every 4–5 days, and the gardens are maintained once every 7 days.

A security deposit of €1,500 will be required in case of any damages. This amount will be fully refunded if no damages occur.

For reservations of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning service will be provided every 5 days.
