Casa Romain near the beach

The apartment is located in the district of Nea Chora, next to the most beautiful beach of Chania!
You access the beach in less than 5 min by walk!

You get the old town (old port) through a 20-min nice walk along the coast.

The apartment offers a very nice large terrasse oriented north-east and a small balcony oriented south-west.

My accommodation can welcome 2 persons. Perfect for a couple.
If needed, there is also one baby bed available for young parents

It has one sunny bedroom with a confortable and spacious bed, one living room with a low table and a couch, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a washing machine, air conditionner and two balconies (one of them very large so that you can spend time there and looking to a quiet pedestrian street).

Privacy guaranteed, modern residential building and quiet with your own access to the apartment.

You can also use my small parking space that is just below the bedroom (behind the building on your left when you enter, straight on the right).

My apartment is located in a quiet street in the neighborhood of Nea Chora where you can park for free just outside the house.

The apartment is situated very close to the beach and quite close to the very center of Chania.
In Nea Chora, you can find some of the finest, highly rated restaurants with sea food and traditional dishes.

The old harbor of Chania is in 20 minutes walking distance.
The national road to Rethimno and to Kissamos is 5 minutes distance by car.
50 meters away from the house is the bus station, mini markets and traditional bakeries.
