Approaching from the front, the villa is accessed through a main gate for cars, easily opened by remote control, and a small door for pedestrians. To the right, a sheltered outdoor parking area accommodates up to 3 cars.

Here, you'll discover a barbecue area, a private pool, 8 sunbeds, 3 parasols, dining areas, a playground for kids, and a convenient outdoor shower. Ground Floor Apartment:
