Marika's Guesthouse is situated in Nea Chora, just 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the town and Old Venetian harbour. The newly renovated apartment has a fresh and airy sea theme creating a cool, calming and relaxing environment. It is fully equipped to function as a 'home away from home'.
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and takes the entire floor. It is very spacious, airy and its special features are extra length beds, top quality mattresses, pillows and superior linens and beach towels. The bathroom has a shower and a large bath for relaxation, and a separate area with the washing machine. The lounge has a large comfortable sofa couch which sleeps 2, a smart TV and a separate dining area for 6 guests. There is a cozy reading area with a desk. The patio doors open onto the veranda with outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a crib and highchair (on request) for families with infants. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as air conditioners.
