As you step onto the ground floor, youre welcomed by an open-plan living and kitchen area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the beauty of nature inside. The exterior of Mika Villa spans 2500 m2 and is a true haven where relaxation and entertainment effortlessly merge. At the heart of the outdoor space, the sparkling infinity pool invites you to take a refreshing dip. Just beside the pool, a 6-seater jacuzzi offers the perfect spot to unwind while the comfortable sofa is ideally positioned to admire the views of the sea.
A spacious BBQ area, with a kitchen, awaits, ideal for preparing smoky meals in the open air. Adjacent to it, there is a beautifully set dining table comfortably seating up to twelve guests.
