Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons in 45m2 of interior space. There is one double bedroom, a bathroom and an open space living room, dining and a fully equipped kitchen area. The living room sofa turns into one more single bed. The interior is minimally decorated to create a homely and cosy atmosphere. The flat is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the central bus station and just a 15’walk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach.

The Municipal Market is also the perfect spot for your local product shopping like honey, cheese & herbs and an interesting walk to get a glimpse of the local everyday life.

At the city’s central bus station, located just 180m away, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south.

* Guests are kindly requested to respect the “Quiet hours”. In the summer these are designated between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 3 to 5.30 p.m.

** Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
