Villa Lulla is located in Megala Chorafia, Crete. This detached

Layout

Villa Lulla is a newly built property. It's located on a hillside, not
far from the sea, offering enjoyable sea and sunset views. It offers an
open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with patio doors to
a big terrace. Four air-conditioned bedrooms, a double bed bedroom with
ensuite bathroom is just a few stairs from the living room. An internal
staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms and
bathrooms(one with double bed and two with twin beds). It has a large,
private swimming pool and outside dining and BBQ area.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Lulla has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
