Perched above Akrotiri Hill, Villa Olvos is a contemporary single-level villa offering uninterrupted panoramic sea views of Souda Bay from every corner. Spanning 160 sq. m. and surrounded by lush olive trees, the villa features four elegant bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Ideally located within easy reach of Chania Town and some of Cretes most beautiful beaches, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a bright, open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling openings frame the blue horizon. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a 55" HISENSE Smart TV, and a JBL Bluetooth speaker, creating an inviting space for entertainment. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all essential appliances for effortless self-catering, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests, with the perfect backdrop. A WC, as well as a washer and dryer, adds further convenience to your stay.
Designed with comfort in mind, all four bedrooms feature queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, 32" HISENSE TVs, wardrobes, insect screens, blackout curtains, electric blinds, and direct access to the outdoor areas, with mountain views. Each bathroom is thoughtfully appointed with premium ABEA amenities, offering a refined self-care experience throughout your stay.

The exterior of Villa Olvos covers 1,300 m2 and offers many facilities, including:
