The Space
Living Area

The ground floor of Villa Selena features a bright and spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large windows and patio doors flood the space with natural light and frame beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Step outside from the living area onto the covered terrace—perfect for sunset drinks or a peaceful evening under the stars.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with all the essentials, the modern kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you`re making breakfast to enjoy by the pool or preparing a Cretan dinner for friends, the space is designed for ease and comfort.

Bedrooms

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four inviting bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, en suite shower room, and a private balcony with mountain views. Upstairs, the first floor includes two flexible twin rooms—one with a 180x200 cm bed (can be split into singles), and another with twin beds (190x200 cm). These rooms share a terrace and a spacious bathroom. The master bedroom features a 170x200 cm bed, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony offering panoramic sea views.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms in total—two en suite and one shared—each equipped with modern fixtures, showers, and fresh towels. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor for added convenience.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor areas are the heart of Villa Selena. The private pool sits in a beautifully landscaped garden with sun loungers, shaded seating, and distant sea views. A pool heating option is available for an extra charge, making it comfortable for early or late-season swims. Just above the pool area, two balconies provide ideal spots for morning coffee, quiet reading, or evening wine, with views stretching from the Aegean Sea to Crete’s snow-dusted peaks. A covered BBQ area invites you to enjoy al fresco dining with family and friends in complete privacy.

Guest Access
Guests have full, exclusive access to the villa, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, the pool, balconies, and garden. Private off-road parking is available for multiple vehicles via a sloping driveway. Please note that the villa is set across multiple levels and includes indoor stairs between floors, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Whether you`re staying with family or friends, you`ll enjoy comfort, space, and privacy throughout your visit.

Just 500 meters from the villa lies Kato Stalos Beach, where soft sands meet clear, shallow waters—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or a morning stroll. The nearby Blue Flag beach of Agia Marina offers additional seaside options, sunbeds, and lively beachfront tavernas.

Explore the charming inland village of Pano Stalos, just a short drive uphill, where you’ll find traditional tavernas and a slower pace of life. For more dining, shopping, and nightlife, head to Agia Marina or Platanias. Or venture further to visit some of Crete’s most iconic beaches, including Elafonisi, Falassarna, and Balos Lagoon—all reachable within a day trip.

Getting Around
While local shops and the beach are within walking distance, we recommend having a car for maximum convenience and to explore the wider region. Villa Selena is located just a 20-minute drive from Chania’s Venetian Harbor and Old Town, and less than 40 minutes from Chania International Airport. We’re happy to assist with airport transfers, car rental arrangements, or guided tours upon request.
