ROOM 131 was a mess. What made it worse was their initial response to my complaint was that other guests had not complained about the room and basically if I didn't like it I can go to another hotel because they were doing the best they can. I asked them did you actually see the room, they said yes. I did end up going to room, 203 but it had a big spot on the rug and they saw the spot but didn’t find anything wrong with it being there. I had to cover it up. They credited me for the first night that I was there. Their response was to credit me for the entire stay and I could go to a different hotel if I was not pleased. If I didn't have to wait until my money was credited, I would have left. Here are some things I pointed out to them for Room 131 that didn’t find objectable. 1) roach crawling on the floor 2) stove top back burner was completely rusty and didn’t work 3) bathtub not clean 4) sofa ripped in several places and wrapped in duct tape 5) headboard damaged 6) furniture worn and tattled 7) couldn’t open window because screen not fitted and bugs could get through 8) kitchen cabinet drawers stuck and top two drawers did not open.

It was disgusting dirty as hell w eco planned they didn’t care the last was extremely rude as hell and when I was moved to another room worse everything dirty towels no none floor disgusting utensils dirty we bought everything on our own even towels. Never again and the customer service the worse

I don’t know why the clerk sat at a desk in the back texting while I stood at the counter waiting for 15 minutes. The room was clean but needed a lot of repairs. I have a feeling they just sort of do the minimum there and wait until there’s a complaint. Seems like they should do more inspecting on their own. If you don’t have a car, you’ll have to do some walking or use a delivery app.

The Heater in the room was not working. However, the staff ensured that we do not suffer by switching us to a different room. The breakfast is worst. It is simply only a couple of energy bars and coffee that is at best mediocre. Falsely advertising as breakfast!!

Awful Experience
When we arrived there was a song at the desk saying they were helping someone and would return momentarily. No one appeared for over 40 minutes and when someone did it was an employee just coming to work. Was not apologetic at all and took another 10 min getting ready for us to check in. I had just gotten ready to look for a new place but was also dealing with a toddler & my mom on a handicap scooter. The extra “sleeper sofa” in our room was broken and disgustingly stained. I instantly folded it back up. It wouldn’t close correctly because of the broken bracket on one side which then left our couch also unusable. Tried calling the front desk several times and it was busy. When I went back down, the same sign was up ace no one was around.
