âWe were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room is very clean, modern and roomy. The washroom, shower was beautiful. We arrived in a downpour. The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed a nice walk around the grounds that are well kept

This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline)

âThe experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...

"Har bott pÄ Santhiya förut (kedja med 4 anlÀggningar). De har enormt hög service, ett lugn över hela anlÀggningen och Àr ocksÄ bra vad gÀller matallergiee dÄ allt Àr uppmÀrkt. Lagar ocksÄ till separata saker om man tex Àr nötallergiker men vill ha samma efterrÀtt. Bo i villa med pool access eller egen pool, vi hade bÄda tvÄ. Enda klagomÄlet Àr extremt hÄrda sÀngar, dock vanligt i Thailand."

Make sure to book the Deluxe Beachfront room if you prefer close access to the beach and restaurant. Excellent and helpful staff. We booked a snorkel-boat and transfer to the next destination in the hotel reception. Everything went smooth. Very low tide in the afternoon/night time. Possible to walk along the beach to other restaurants without problem. "
