“Expensive for what's offered, no hot water in the Jacuzzi, some of the workers/staff are rude and lying. We booked the royal suite, the staff only knew that we had a booking but not which room and not if we had booked it with breakfast, the place has some animals which is sweet, but the taking care of the things around is very bad, old things, broken here and there, the tv satellite channels didn't work. we didn't get help with it either, mostly noone at the reception and in the middle of...

“Great Place to stay! Helpful and very friendly staff. A nice small swimming pool to cool down and a quite nice place. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Nice Terrace and nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there next time. Recommend going inside to the hotel by going from the water side of the Medina ”
