Mr. Danis, we are very sorry that you booked a standard room that is described on Expedia as without a view. We are sorry that the platform does not allow us to put something more specific than that it does not have a view.As you made an external reservation to our system you will have to contact the external company called expedia to make the room change.We are sorry that we cannot make the changes for you since, as mentioned, the platform is external to us.There could be a misunderstanding about the extra person or visitors, but the rules here are that if there is a visitor, they are allowed to use common areas for visitors, this is to maintain order and tranquility in our hotel.If you come with one person to spend the whole night, the only thing we ask is that the second person register, that's all. The room is for a maximum occupancy of two people.You mention that you did not like the room at all but still there is a guest who likes 100% darkness for their rest.The fact is that we have a room for all tastes, that's why this room was given standard 3 and the price is the cheapest we have in the hotel.We invite you to visit more of our rooms to be able to accommodate one that you like the most. We have 10 rooms, five with a view and a penthouse with a view of the municipal square. Thank you very much Mr. Danis for your comments that makes us improve as a hotel to provide a good service.
