“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

“I recently stayed at another hotel in El Paso with a similar price point. This hotel was sooooo much nicer, very clean, and actually served breakfast! I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in the area.”

“Front desk staff was nice and helpful, how ever when I got to my room there was a mess all over the floors and the sink was not draining, floor looked like it was never mopped or swept in a couple of days!!! We were so tired that we didn’t notice until the morning of check out ! And chair was broken”

“Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The ac was barely blowing, I removed the ac filters and they were filthy and almost plugged up. The pillows on the bed were tiny little square cubes that were extremely uncomfortable and odd. The bathroom floor is literally rotting out...

“Carpet was torn up and so used it was no longer carpet. Inside of my room had water streaks down all the walls from what I assume was a flood. They allow dogs which is fine but the ones next to me barked all night which made things uncomfortable. The TV worked but would not show what the guide said and I could not get it to function other then basic cable channels. The outside was dirty and honestly might be the most run down one in the country. I get elpaso is run down but have some standards”

“Check-in was very kind & helpful. Room was clean, AC worked well (considering it was 100°outside - very important). Pool towels provided. Walking distance to some food choices for dinner.”

“Room appeared clean but I found a dirty sock under the pillows and the other sock was under the bed right by nightstand, they were from a previous occupant, I was also charged a separate 73 dollars for I don’t know what, still trying to figure that one out”

“I booked a non smoking room and they gave us a room that had been smoked in often. I got a headache from the terrible smoke smell. I asked for another room and and at 4 in the afternoon they did not have an other room available. So I at least wanted a discount or something and that was impossible. So our highly looked forward weekend in El Paso was pretty much ruined. It's a very old Radisson hotel. Looks very old and used. There are many more up to date hotels in El Paso than Radisson”
