The kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and bathroom with walk-in tub are located on the main level. Three interior steps lead down to the lakefront living room and third bedroom with private ensuite. An exterior ramp also provides step-free access to the lakefront living room, bedroom, and covered porch area. Please note that the entire home is not step-free.

Step outside to the expansive covered porch overlooking Lake Murray, complete with picnic tables and plenty of room to enjoy meals or relax by the water. Guests bringing their own watercraft can take advantage of the private boat ramp, docking space for up to 2 boats, and 2 jet ski ports.

The end of the dock is approximately 5.8` deep when the Dominion-controlled Lake Murray water level is at 360`

☆ Bring Your Boat: Guests are welcome to bring their own boats and jet skis. The property offers a private boat ramp, docking space for up to 2 boats, and 2 jet ski ports. Please note that the boat ramp slopes toward the lake and has a slight side slope. Guests should use caution when launching and retrieving watercraft.

☆ Private Boat: A boat is stored at the property but is not available for guest use.

☆ Lakefront Living: Lake Murray water levels are controlled by Dominion Energy and may fluctuate throughout the year, which can affect water depth and dock access.

☆ Wildlife: This home sits on a wooded lakefront lot very close to the water, so you can expect to see some of Lake Murray’s local wildlife, including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, squirrels, raccoons, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are performed inside and outside the home, but please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent unwanted visitors from finding their way inside.

☆ Home Layout: Front entry requires 3 steps. Inside, 3 steps separate the main level from the lakefront living room and ensuite bedroom. A rear ramp provides step-free access to the lakefront living area and covered porch, but the entire home is not step-free.

☆ Walk-In Tub: One bathroom features a walk-in tub with a built-in seat for guests who may prefer this option.

☆ Heating & Cooling: The home uses individual mini-split systems for heating and cooling, allowing guests to adjust temperatures in different areas of the home.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your Heartwood Guide Book, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
