“We arrived to the property after driving 6 hours just to be told there was no one there to clean up our rooms we booked and no more rooms were available so we couldn’t stay there. We were never notified about this, we found out when we tried to check ourselves in. Mind you, we booked the rooms 2 months in advance. Luckily, we were able to find a room somewhere else , but to be turned around for an unfortunate circumstance like that was totally unacceptable. From the looks of it , this is a brand...

“Quality of room was really poor. As we checked in the room we found that the room ceiling was chipped off and all the dirt was on the floor. Front desk was kind enough to change our room.
But in general recommend hotel management to improve the quality of room.”
