“We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

“It was very clean and nice view of the lake and amphitheater. No matter how much air freshener they used, I could smell the smoke from the casino. The walls were very thin.”

“Park right outside your room door! Clean. Quiet. Good communication at check in. Liked spacious room with micro, mini fridge, large TV, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows.”

“Good breakfast selections, room was clean and staff very responsive. Shortcomings were rooms' appliance conditions. Staff responded well to facts that the fan/light unit in bathroom sounded like a jet idling for takeoff by switiching us to another room, where the TV didn't work and the AC unit also failed to work even when staff attempted to rectify situations. Also very responsive in trying to do so and then switching us to a third room where all shortcomings of previous two rooms did work.”

“There is a golf course right across the street, which is being fantastic. Our main concern about the hotel was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the sink.”

“The carpet was a little stained bathroom cracks on all the walls and ceiling. Shower leaked. Bed was rock hard sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was horrible. They had day old bread and muffins over cooked hard biscuits zero to no fruit, no yogurt and no milk for the cereal. What is the point of having a continental breakfast? If there's nothing you can actually eat. Oh, and the decaf coffee had grounds and lumps in it. 2 other guest refused to drink it and warned me of it.”
