“Everything was nice & clean, the only complaint I have it only one chair in room.it was 2 of us so we took term setting on the bed.”

“Almost no maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioner sounds about 54db and can run for 2 to 3 hours before it freezes”

“The rooms were not properly cleaned before arrival. The towels weren’t restocked completely for the little that was cleaned. The only thing truly good about it was the location. The toilet barely flushed. The hot tub in the room was disappointing. The ironing board was warped and broken. The soap and shampoo they give you as a courtesy destroyed my skin.”

“Avoid staying at this inn!! There were stain on the bedding, ripped carpet, black mold in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was nasty and dirty. The odor hit you in the face when you first open the door to the room and the thermostats to the AC does not work so the room was stuck on 65 degrees and freezing at night. to bad it was late and the room is paid for through here or i would ask for refund and move to another place.”

“We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

“Had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn. Quick overnight stay. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay very smooth after a small issue. The breakfast was fresh and perfect for us.”

“During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again.”

“The room is was clean but the property is dated. Bed old and sunk in the middle.”

“Kiki, the receptionist was extremely helpful and honest. The room was clean but not maintained at all! More of a motel. Stayed for one night and that Is all I would do again. In an out!”

“The room was Clean, the staff were courteous and accommodating, and the people at the Bistro were Quick with food preparation. It was also helpful that they had a Market side, small but well furnished with Food, snacks, and Beverages open 24/7”
