Hotell nära Charles River Reservation

“The room is clean”

“Such a great stay! Didn’t realize that it was so close to so many shops and things. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I need a place to stay in this area!”

“Bra läge om man besöker västra Boston se dock till att inte få ett rum på den sidan där tåget går!!”

“I unfortunately I had to check out late. The front desk said they had to pack my bags and put a hold on an additional 1 night stay. They did not credit back the 1 night, instead charged me for full rate of $450+. Then they booked the room to another guest. I understand charging me a late fee, but not the full night. I called the hotel 5 times to speak to the GM. I was transferred to voicemail each time. I spoke to the GM once and she said she would put me on hold and that there was a chance that...

“We had a great stay while visiting Boston for a concert at TD Garden! The front desk staff was super nice and welcoming at check-in. They were also really helpful in suggesting the best times to grab an Uber due to traffic to get to the concert, which made things so much easier.”

“Check in was very odd. They ended up sending me a separate document for card information that couldn’t be easily edited. Parking was a challenge. The room was subpar. Loose towel bar, hole in the wall, just overall not clean or friendly.”

“Bra läge, rymliga rum två matställen precis bredvid som har öppet länge och för frukost samt promenadavstånd till ett jättemysigt bryggeri och resturangställe.”

“Great hotel . Close to the T . Great !”
