Du kommer att älska denna stuga !!

VÄNLIGEN NOTERA!!! - Förutom kök och allrum renoveringar visas, denna stuga har också en ny master badrum bad / stå upp dusch och nya upprepas. Den har också en ny främre däck / veranda med den genomskinliga räcke .... och en ny stor utomhusdusch. I Nov'13, var ny matta och åter stoppade möbler installerat. Under våren '14 ny diskmaskin och refigerator.

Först av allt, det är rätt på Night Heron Park med Night Heron pool, komplex, Kamp Kiawah, Nature Center, veckovis park aktiviteter och karnevaler alla mindre än 100 yds bort. Stranden är ca 300 yds bort och är en lätt 3 minuters promenad. Parken är navet i alla Kiawah verksamhet och det är bara några steg bort!

Stugan har genomgått en större renovering som skapade ett stort öppet område för att leva. Golven är ljusa lövträ med infälld belysning i hela ..... ger stugan en underbar ljus och luftig känsla. Köket byggdes ut och har nya apparater, nya skåp och bänkskivor i granit hela. Badrummen har renoverats med "vuxna - höjd" fåfänglighet och Corian (r) räknare.

Stugan är utrustad med en storskärms-LCD Hi Definition-TV ovanför öppen spis i vardagsrummet plus ytterligare LCD Hi Def-TV i varje sovrum. Stugan har trådlöst internet i hela.

Ryggen veranda silas in med en 4 personer bord plus extra sittplatser stolar för baksidan veranda middagar och underhållande.

Den här fastigheten förvaltas av Kiawah Island Resort men vi kan passera på bekvämligheter för dig som vår gäst. Det är i den högsta kategorin av Kiawah Resort hyresfastigheter !!! Du kommer att ha full incheckning privilegier och alla bekvämligheter som en utväg gäst inklusive tillgång till alla resort pooler (endast för hotellgäster, som inkluderar dig!), Rabatt på golf och tennis, etc.

Stugan sover 6 i sängar. Master BR är en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet är en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet är 2 enkelsängar. En extra enkel luftmadrass säng kan reserveras om så önskas. De enkelsängar i 3: e sovrummet kan omvandlas till kung sängar om så önskas (för en liten extra städning).

Vi tillåter husdjur (utom på sommaren) men tillåter INTE rökning inne i stugan och har några speciella önskemål från husdjursägare att hjälpa oss att hålla stugan ren och frisk.

Nice vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s a very relaxing environment and close to very nice amenities, such as Night Heron pill and park and the beach. The whole family had fun.

Perfect place to stay

We were so happy with our choice to stay there. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

This house worked great for our family vacation to Kiawah. We have young children so the proximity to Night Heron was a huge plus. The property was clean and Rand was very responsive with any issue that might have come up. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Spring Break!

We had a wonderful time at this precious cottage. It is across the street from Night Heron Park (our favorite!) and a short bike ride to the beach. The cottage was very clean and perfect for a few days away in Kiawah. Thank you!

Fantastic location for families with young children!

We really enjoyed our week in Kiawah at this property - it was a 3 minute walk to the Night Heron pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We have small children with short legs, so this was perfect! Communication with both the property owner and the Resort was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend this cottage!

Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this cottage. Our two kids loved the bunk beds and the night heron pool that we had access to because of the resort privileges. We had some issues with the cottage not being cleaned when we checked in but Rand was very responsive and everything was figured out promptly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends.

Cozy in Kiawah

Just what we were hoping for during a brief stay to assess Kiawah Island Resort's wedding options for our daughter and fiancé/boyfriend. Walking distance to The Nest Market & Cafe, where breakfast and lunch options are ample. Greatly appreciated a friendly reception facility, where check-in is the same process for VRBO customers as it is for other resort guests. Easy driving access to our meetings and other dining reservations.

Amazing property

The location of this unit could not be any better! You truly are steps from the pools and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. If I had to knock anything, the wi fi on our phones were not super reliable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was everything and more of what anyone could ask for. It was clean, it had everything in the kitchen that anyone could ever need. The beds were delightful. We loved the screened in porch. It will keep this property in my notes and will definitely return.

Awesome stay in Kiawah’s Night Heron Park

Our family of five with kids ages 3-8 enjoyed a great five night stay in Kiawah Island. This property was perfect for our family and was a very close walk to the Night Heron pool and recreation area, Nest, and to the beach. Because of all the beautiful trees the insight is a bit dark but that’s typical of many properties here because of the natural landscape. Rand was a fantastic host with close communication from booking to during the stay to immediately after. We highly recommend this property and Kiawah in general. 10/10 will be back.

Simply the BEST!

This is the best overall accommodation we have experienced on Kiawah. We've been visiting since 1990 & have stayed at Turtle Point, Turtle Cove, West beach homes, Vanderhorst, & Windswept. The check in process was seamless and the staff at check-in were polite and helpful. The cottage is in an excellent location - just a 2 minute walk to Night Heron - and a bit farther to the beach. Boardwalk 18 was about a 6 minute walk for us with towels, beach bag, & two little ones in tow. The cottage was sufficiently stocked with dishes, serving platters, utensils, and cookware. My only wish would be for some spatulas in better condition. Upon our arrival, everything was spotless and amenities were in abundance. We did request additional garbage bags for the kitchen and they were hand-delivered by resort staff within a few hours. The resort privileges were our FAVORITE! Access to the Night Heron pool - especially the kids waterpark and 2 slides - and discounts there and for Camp Kiawah served us well. We were surprised how many items were available for our use at the cottage: bikes, helmets, pool inflatables, bike pump, beach cart, sand toys, beach chairs, and more! Ive never been so pleased with a rental. It was like home away from home. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Good rental for our family’s needs.

The only thing missing was a pantry. The water heater needed an adjustment. It was taken care of quickly by housekeeping. We had 3 families renting nearby. It was great to be near the beach, pool, playground, basketball court and the Christmas parade.

Disappointing Due to Lack of Upkeep

My family was disappointed in the upkeep on this property. We encountered the following issues: 1) Lock on sLiding door to MBR deck does not work; cannot be locked. 2) Electrical outlet on left side of MBR bed was dead; repairman fixed it. 3) Electrical outlet on right side of MBR bed had no outlet plate; repairman fixed it. Photo included. image0.jpeg 4) LR ceiling fan doesn’t work; repairman said it would have to be replaced. 5) DR chair is actually splintered and quite dangerous. It looks like a dog has chewed through one of the bottom pieces. Photos included. image1.jpegimage2.jpeg 6) Front door is missing the hydraulic cylinder; door slams hard on every entrance/exit. Great Time!

We had an excellent time staying in Kiawah! This property is very close to the Night Heron Pool and activity center. The cottage is spacious and beautiful. Our two kids liked sitting on the porch for breakfast. The owner is very attentive, helpful, and informative. We rented bikes and biked the island. The outside shower was a plus (our family loves an outside shower) and a great way to keep the sand out of the house. We would definitely come back! Thank you for renting to us :)
