Through the front door and be greeted by large windows and skylights that flood light Into the living room and work area. A dedicated desk and wifi access point can fill all your email checking needs while here!
The Living room giant comfy couch supports your Netflix binge at the end of the day!
Directly in front of you lies an open and very workable kitchen. Stocked with pans, knives, cutting boards, and what ever gadgets you need to whip up an amazing dinner. Or check out one of the nearby restaurants within a 10min walk!
A Six person large dining table has spectacular marsh views, as well as room for game night!
We have created a dedicated coffee bar as well as drink area for you to take a crack at your inner barista skills! The Keurig Coffee maker comes equip with its own frothy! Fancy-
Directly past the huge sliding glass doors is a beautiful screened porch with another outdoor eating area for you to enjoy your fresh made coffee! Don't feel like making it today?
Starbucks is right up the road at the beginning of our neighborhood.
There is a washer and dryer and grill out back as well as a small little fire pit and seating area marsh front!
The main bedroom downstairs hosts a giant king size bed, with plush linens and comfort maxing. A pack and play is tucked into the closet JIC you need one!
Off of the main living room area is a set of stairs lead up to the second floor open loft area that has a kids nook and a queen bed. The ceiling is sloped and low on the sides the max height is 5ft in the center.
Everything you need has been thought of and is here for your stay.
Kids toys are thoughtfully included and hidden when not needed. Beach items are included for your use, even re-usable grocery bags are stored!
Things to note:

*This guest house is on a large lot with owners on property. the main house is 200 feet from guest house entrance, and you may see owners from time to time.
* There is 1 dedicated parking spot with a 500ft paver walkway to the guest house, we have provided a wagon near by in case you prefer to fill it and pull.
*This house is on the marsh, there are small bugs, fiddler crabs and things that you may see from time to time. The crabs may pinch if picked up, it does not hurt, they just do not like giants. Sometimes the crabs climb the screens on porch, or sneak in the front door!
*There are no alligators in the water as this is the end of a creek and 100% salt water flowing directly from the Ashley River. If you want to google it we are on a creek off "Wappoo Creek", called Coburg Creek.
*The marsh is not always at high tide, the water comes in and out everyday with high and low tides, which is easily googled.
*We have a few chickens that somehow are amazing escape artists. they do have a dedicated home area, but you may see them from time to time. Due to this we do not allow pets.
