Fantastic trip to Folly Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach and our stay at Turn of River condos!! The location couldn’t be beat and the home was perfect for our group of 6 adults!! The space was bigger than I imagined - although it’s not huge, the bedrooms were in their own corners… and each had a bathroom which was the selling feature for me. We spent all our spare time at home on the screened porch watching dolphins swim by… it was so relaxing! The home was clean and the property managers couldn’t provide more communications - it was great and we felt very informed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Could not have found a better place…..Excellent Stay.

This place was nothing short of amazing. From the first day we entered to the day we left. We had a seven day stay here and I must say for the four of us. The place was very clean, had more space than we needed which was nice, the views of the dolphins from the back patio was awesome, we walked to the beach which was a very short 1/4 to 1/2 walk, we range from age 56 to 70, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, we did travel to Charleston, Savanna, and other places to learn the history of this part of the South, nothing was too far away, at the end of our long days, it was so nice to come back to the comforts of this condo, and the host Steve was very helpful with all the information he provided us before and during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome stay

We had an incredible stay at this property. The view was breathtaking and very peaceful. It was wonderful to wake up to that view every morning and watch all the wildlife and boats go by. Saw the dolphins every morning which was the highlight for me. The condo was spotless, well maintained and in great location. I would highly recommend this place

Absolutely Perfect

This place was what dreams were made of. We spent most of our time while at the house on the screened in balcony. It was so fun watching the tide come in and out and seeing the birds come at different times of the day. Everything was comfortable and clean. You can easily cross a short bridge to get to Folly and I highly recommend going to do just that for breakfast. A small FYI the kitchen smoke detector is extremely sensitive and went off everytime we used the toaster. It made for some fun laughs at first. And we ended up opening the windows to use it later on. Otherwise though every thing was so perfect and the vacation was made even better with such a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful condo and truly wonderful location!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The screened in porch was simply a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the river. That location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the pool. Communication with the host was also wonderful and helpful. Thanks for letting us stay in this amazing condo! This is 85 star location, condo, pool, and everything else. I am blind, and this app does not let me have access to the stars, which is why I am explaining that I give this property 5+ stars.

Clean and spacious

Wonderful stay

Great location. Only 3 to 5 min to Folly beach town. Everything you needed was close. Wonderful to see dolphins from you back porch each morning. Spacious and clean. Parking was nice and the pool offered what we were looking for. Thanks for lrtting us stay in your home.

Nice view and location

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Plenty of dishes and towels and lots of space. Great to have the screen porch and open deck. We spent time on both. Easy walk to restaurants. Appreciated the communication about the rental, especially the clear instructions on the location so we did not miss the turnoff. Would be easy to do. Overall, a nice place and good location. We would come back.

Very spacious!

The condo was very large-it was more than enough room for the two of us! I would definitely recommend it if you have a larger group. The condo had everything we needed and the views from the decks were beautiful. It was everything we needed for a get away!

Riverside Condo

We rented this Condo to attend a wedding on James Island. Very convenient location and close to Charleston, Beaches, etc. Condo was nice and clean, only 2 small issues. Could use some cosmetic updates, fresh paint and the Screened porch which we loved needs a good power wash and the stove fan filter needs replacing, we had to remove it to cook or the smoke alarm would go off. All in all if was a great place to stay, loved the fact that you would walk into Folly and find dinner, no need to drive into Charleston.

Turn of the River Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Turn of the River. Steve kept us posted on the hurricane Ian alerts and predictions and we made it comfortably through our first hurricane. The condo kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. We even had puzzles and games to play while we waited out the storm.
