The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Charleston’s popular dining, shopping, and nightlife options just a short distance away. Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

The Oyster Suite was a perfect place to stay to explore all of Charleston. It seemed like wherever we wanted to go, we were never more than 20 minutes away. We did a lot of searching, and couldn’t find much that had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the Oyster Suite fit that bill!Thanks for a great stay!

Our whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. The property was clean, comfortable and located an easy walk to the downtown area. Communication was superior. The team was responsive and positive and provided recommendations and assistance immediately. We would definitely highly recommend the property and the team and would use them again!
